All orders processed in the boutique and not drop-shipped from our vendors are processed within 2-4 business days. Each of our products indicates shipping times for this reason.
During high-volume seasons (drops, holidays, sales) and processing may extend to 3-7 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier rates.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is scanned as delivered, MB Swag N Shop is no longer responsible.

Pre-Orders
Any pre-order items will ship on the estimated date listed in the product description. If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the full order will ship together unless otherwise stated.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have your receipt.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
